- Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note, we do not process or ship out any new orders during weekends (Friday afternoon to Sunday) or public holidays.
Shipping Time
- Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 6-10 business days.
- The total delivery time for your order will be the processing time (1-3 days) plus the shipping time (6-10 days). Please allow for this when placing your order.
Shipping Delays
- Occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such instances.
